Return Policy
At Montelva Coffee, we want you to feel confident trying our coffee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your first bag of coffee, we will gladly provide a full refund on your first purchase — no return necessary.
Because coffee is a perishable product, returns are generally not accepted after the first order unless there is an issue such as damage during delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to process replacement requests or claims reported after 48 hours.
