Subscription Cancellation Policy

Some products in our store may be purchased as recurring subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Montelva Coffee to securely store your payment method and charge it automatically according to the delivery frequency you selected.

You may manage, skip, pause, resume, or cancel your subscription through your customer account at any time.

To prevent the next recurring order from being charged and processed, you must cancel or make changes before the next scheduled billing date. If an order has already been charged or entered fulfillment, cancellation will apply to future recurring orders and may not cancel the order already being processed.

Subscription prices, discounts, and delivery frequencies are displayed before checkout. Shipping timing may vary based on roasting, fulfillment, carrier delays, and product availability.
